Chris Tickner
Christopher Tickner, MA, MFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles, CA. In his work with LA County’s most severely mentally ill children, he has come to understand that underlying all the symptoms, behaviors and problems, is an intense need to feel loved, accepted and welcomed into this world. In his work, Chris uses play, humor, music and movement in order to promote an atmosphere of loving kindness, unconditional acceptance, and playful curiosity! It is these very same components that he has come to appreciate in the Niños del Lago family and mission. Chris serves proudly on the board providing his clinical input and expertise in program design and implementation.
